Scope<\/span><h2>Acceptance and nature of the service<\/h2><p>By confirming a booking with NDIKANDI\u00cd, the person making the booking confirms that they have read and accepted these terms. NDIKANDI\u00cd coordinates professional mobile wellness massage services; it does not provide medical diagnosis or replace clinical physiotherapy, psychological care or medical treatment.<\/p><p>A booking is confirmed when our team communicates the date, time, full address, duration, format, price, payment method and, when applicable, therapist assignment in writing. Sending a request does not by itself create a confirmed booking.<\/p><\/section>\n\n      <section id=\"cities\" class=\"ndk-terms__section\"><span class=\"ndk-terms__eyebrow\">2. Local conditions<\/span><h2>Operations vary by city<\/h2><p>Coverage, lead times and team composition depend on the city, area, time and available schedule. Local pages contain the most current commercial information.<\/p><div class=\"ndk-terms__city-grid\">\n        <div class=\"ndk-terms__city\"><h3>Mexico City<\/h3><p>This is our widest operation. Same-day availability and approximate arrivals within 90 minutes or less are frequently possible in much of the city, but are not guaranteed. Polanco, Santa Fe, Bosques, Interlomas, Tecamachalco, Bosque Real and other high-demand or western areas require more notice.<\/p><a href=\"https:\/\/ndikandii.com\/en\/massage-mexico-city\/\">View Mexico City coverage<\/a><\/div>\n        <div class=\"ndk-terms__city\"><h3>Monterrey<\/h3><p>We recommend booking 2 to 3 hours ahead; booking the day before makes it easier to confirm the preferred time. We serve San Pedro, downtown, Apodaca, the airport area and other locations subject to coverage.<\/p><a href=\"https:\/\/ndikandii.com\/en\/mobile-massages-in-monterrey-ndikandii\/\">View Monterrey coverage<\/a><\/div>\n        <div class=\"ndk-terms__city\"><h3>Quer\u00e9taro<\/h3><p>We recommend booking the day before, especially for afternoon sessions. Local service focuses on Zibat\u00e1, Juriquilla, El Refugio, El Campanario, El Pueblito and nearby areas. The current local team consists of female therapists.<\/p><a href=\"https:\/\/ndikandii.com\/en\/mobile-massages-in-queretaro\/\">View Quer\u00e9taro coverage<\/a><\/div>\n      <\/div><\/section>\n\n      <section id=\"hours\" class=\"ndk-terms__section\"><span class=\"ndk-terms__eyebrow\">3. Customer service and bookings<\/span><h2>Customer-service hours and appointments outside those hours<\/h2><p>Our customer-service team receives and processes requests every day from <strong>9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight)<\/strong>. A massage may be scheduled outside those hours when it is requested sufficiently in advance and availability is confirmed.<\/p><div class=\"ndk-terms__callout\"><strong>Appointments beginning before 9:00 a.m. or after midnight.<\/strong><p>These services must be prepaid. Any cancellation or change must be requested during customer-service hours and must also meet the 2-hour minimum notice. After midnight, no changes can be processed for overnight or early-morning appointments; the full amount remains due.<\/p><\/div><p>Night appointments must be booked in advance. Sessions scheduled to begin at 9:00 p.m. or later carry the current per-person night fee, disclosed before confirmation.<\/p><\/section>\n\n      <section id=\"booking\" class=\"ndk-terms__section\"><span class=\"ndk-terms__eyebrow\">4. Required details<\/span><h2>Complete information for coordination<\/h2><p>To review coverage and confirm a session, we need: contact name and phone number; full address including street, exterior and interior number when applicable, neighborhood, borough or municipality and postal code; access details; date and time; duration; technique; single or couples format; therapist preference when applicable; payment method; and any health information relevant to the safety of the session.<\/p><p>Incomplete details, delayed replies or address changes may alter availability and estimated arrival. At hotels, gated communities and offices, the client must arrange access authorization in advance.<\/p><\/section>\n\n      <section id=\"prices\" class=\"ndk-terms__section\"><span class=\"ndk-terms__eyebrow\">5. Duration and price<\/span><h2>Rates, night service and extensions<\/h2><p>Current prices appear in the <a href=\"https:\/\/ndikandii.com\/en\/massage-menu\/\">Massage Menu<\/a> and are confirmed before assignment. A couples session means two people are treated simultaneously by two therapists unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing.<\/p><table class=\"ndk-terms__table\"><thead><tr><th>Item<\/th><th>Condition<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Base duration<\/td><td>60, 90 or 120 minutes, according to the confirmed booking.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Night fee<\/td><td>Charged per person for appointments scheduled to begin at 9:00 p.m. or later.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Extension<\/td><td>A session may be extended up to a total of 120 minutes by paying the applicable difference. After completing 120 minutes, one extraordinary 30-minute extension costs <strong>MXN $500 per person<\/strong> and is subject to the therapist\u2019s consent and availability.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><p>Massage-table setup, preparation, hygiene and removal time are not deducted from the massage duration. If access, space or client preparation delays the start, the session may still end at the originally confirmed time to respect the therapist\u2019s schedule.<\/p><\/section>\n\n      <section id=\"payments\" class=\"ndk-terms__section\"><span class=\"ndk-terms__eyebrow\">6. Payment methods<\/span><h2>Payment and verification<\/h2><p>Available methods may include cash, card and electronic payment links. The method is confirmed before the service. NDIKANDI\u00cd may request a deposit or full payment for appointments outside customer-service hours, couples, groups, special locations, clients with an outstanding balance or bookings requiring exceptional coordination.<\/p><p>Electronic payments must be made only through links, terminals or accounts communicated through official channels. Gratuities are voluntary and are not included in the price.<\/p><\/section>\n\n      <section id=\"cancellations\" class=\"ndk-terms__section\"><span class=\"ndk-terms__eyebrow\">7. Cancellations and no-shows<\/span><h2>Cancellation and change rules<\/h2><table class=\"ndk-terms__table\"><thead><tr><th>Time or situation<\/th><th>Charge<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>2 hours or more before<\/td><td>Cancellation or change at no charge, provided it is requested during customer-service hours and the special rule for appointments outside those hours does not apply.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Less than 2 hours before<\/td><td><strong>MXN $600 for each massage booked<\/strong>, corresponding to each therapist mobilized.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Therapist within arrival range or at the location<\/td><td>Considered a <strong>no-show<\/strong>; the full amount is charged. \u201cWithin arrival range\u201d means the therapist has begun the final direct trip to the address and the coordination team has informed the client.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><p>If the charge remains unpaid, it will be recorded as an outstanding balance and no new service can be confirmed until it is paid. Refusing entry, failing to respond, providing an incorrect address, preventing access or lacking a suitable space is treated as a no-show once the professional has been mobilized.<\/p><p>If NDIKANDI\u00cd cancels a confirmed, prepaid session, it will offer a refund or rescheduling. Refund processing times depend on the bank or payment method.<\/p><\/section>\n\n      <section id=\"location\" class=\"ndk-terms__section\"><span class=\"ndk-terms__eyebrow\">8. Space and access<\/span><h2>Homes, hotels and the professional massage table<\/h2><p>The client must provide a clean, private, ventilated space with enough room to set up the table and work around it. Massages are performed on the therapist\u2019s professional massage table, not on sleeping beds, sofas or surfaces that compromise ergonomics and safety.<\/p><p>At hotels, residential developments, gated communities and offices, the client must confirm before booking that outside providers carrying a massage table are allowed and must learn the registration procedure. NDIKANDI\u00cd does not control third-party policies and does not represent itself as a commercial partner of hotels or developments.<\/p><\/section>\n\n      <section id=\"conduct\" class=\"ndk-terms__section\"><span class=\"ndk-terms__eyebrow\">9. Professional boundaries<\/span><h2>Conduct, safety and the right to end a session<\/h2><p>The service is strictly professional and wellness-oriented. It does not include sexual activity, full nudity, suggestions, inappropriate contact, substance use during the session, or aggressive, discriminatory or intimidating conduct.<\/p><p>The therapist may refuse or end the session without a refund when there is risk, harassment, intoxication, unsanitary conditions, undisclosed people at the location, uncontrolled pets or any breach of these rules. Clients may not hire the therapist directly to avoid the coordination, safety and conditions agreed with NDIKANDI\u00cd.<\/p><\/section>\n\n      <section id=\"health\" class=\"ndk-terms__section\"><span class=\"ndk-terms__eyebrow\">10. Health and contraindications<\/span><h2>Information required for responsible service<\/h2><p>Clients must disclose pregnancy, recent surgery, injuries, allergies, cardiovascular conditions, fever, active infection, wounds, thrombosis, severe undiagnosed pain or any condition that may alter or contraindicate massage. Medical clearance is required when there is a clinical concern.<\/p><p>Pressure and technique are adapted to the wellbeing goal and the therapist\u2019s professional judgment. No specific medical, aesthetic or therapeutic outcome is guaranteed.<\/p><\/section>\n\n      <section id=\"privacy\" class=\"ndk-terms__section\"><span class=\"ndk-terms__eyebrow\">11. Personal data<\/span><h2>Privacy and communications<\/h2><p>We use contact, booking, address and payment information to coordinate the service, provide follow-up, meet administrative obligations and protect clients and therapists.
