Our team must send the service details and confirmation in writing. An automated booking record or notification does not replace that operational confirmation.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n<details class=\"ndk-help__faq\"><summary>What does \u201cas soon as possible\u201d mean?<\/summary><div class=\"ndk-help__answer\"><p>We look for an arrival time based on your location, requested technique and therapist availability. In Mexico City, arrivals of approximately 90 minutes may be possible depending on the area and traffic; this is not guaranteed. Please stay available to respond so we can confirm an offered time.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n<details class=\"ndk-help__faq\"><summary>How far ahead should I book?<\/summary><div class=\"ndk-help__answer\"><p>For Monterrey, we recommend 6 hours\u2019 notice. For Quer\u00e9taro, we recommend 2 hours and preferably the previous day for afternoon appointments. In Mexico City, allow more notice for high-demand areas or longer journeys. Services in Monterrey and Quer\u00e9taro are provided by female therapists. Provide their name when requesting an appointment. If you need to pay using a card terminal, mention this when booking so we can arrange it.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n<details class=\"ndk-help__faq\"><summary>What should I prepare at home or at my hotel?<\/summary><div class=\"ndk-help__answer\"><p>A clean, private, ventilated area with enough room for the massage table and for the therapist to move around it. Let us know about stairs and access requirements. For hotels or gated communities, confirm in advance that the therapist can enter with their equipment.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n<details class=\"ndk-help__faq\"><summary>Can I have the massage on a bed?<\/summary><div class=\"ndk-help__answer\"><p>The service takes place on the therapist\u2019s professional massage table. Sleeping beds, sofas and other surfaces do not provide the same ergonomic and safety conditions.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n<details class=\"ndk-help__faq\"><summary>How long is the massage, and can I extend it?<\/summary><div class=\"ndk-help__answer\"><p>Sessions may last 60, 90 or 120 minutes, depending on the technique and confirmed option. Setup and removal of the table are not deducted from your massage time. Extensions depend on availability, therapist consent and payment of the difference; check the full terms before requesting one.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n<details class=\"ndk-help__faq\"><summary>How does a couples massage work?<\/summary><div class=\"ndk-help__answer\"><p>Two people receive their massages at the same time with two therapists, unless another arrangement is agreed in writing. Sessions scheduled to begin at 9:00 p.m. or later carry a per-person night fee. We state the total before confirming.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n<details class=\"ndk-help__faq\"><summary>Can I pay after my massage, and why is a card required?<\/summary><div class=\"ndk-help__answer\"><p>Online booking lets you choose to pay after your session and provide a card as a guarantee. You pay using the agreed method after the service. Deposits or full prepayment may apply to out-of-hours appointments, groups or special arrangements, as explained before confirmation. A card guarantee does not waive cancellation or no-show fees.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n<details class=\"ndk-help__faq\"><summary>What if I see a pending authorization but my booking did not go through?<\/summary><div class=\"ndk-help__answer\"><p>Please do not retry several times. A bank authorization or payment attempt does not by itself confirm that your service has been arranged.<\/p><\/div><\/details><\/section><section id=\"cancellations\" class=\"ndk-help__section ndk-help__section--policy\"><span class=\"ndk-help__eyebrow\">05 \u00b7 Cancellations and no-shows<\/span><h2>What if I need to cancel?<\/h2><div class=\"ndk-help__policy-row\"><strong>$0<small>MXN<\/small><\/strong><p><strong>At least 2 hours before your appointment:<\/strong> cancellation or rescheduling is free during customer-service hours, except where the special out-of-hours rule applies.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"ndk-help__policy-row\"><strong>$600<small>MXN<\/small><\/strong><p><strong>Less than 2 hours before your appointment:<\/strong> a cancellation fee of MXN $600 applies to each massage booked.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"ndk-help__policy-row\"><strong>$300<small>MXN<\/small><\/strong><p><strong>If you immediately book another time:<\/strong> the fee is reduced to MXN $300 for each massage booked. This reduction applies before the therapist arrives.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"ndk-help__policy-row\"><strong>100%<small>OF THE SERVICE PRICE<\/small><\/strong><p><strong>If the therapist has already arrived:<\/strong> not receiving the therapist or cancelling while they are at your location is a no-show. The full service price is due; the MXN $600 fee and the MXN $300 reduction no longer apply.<\/p><\/div><p class=\"ndk-help__fine\">Request changes during customer-service hours. Massage is a wellbeing service and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. Medical clearance is required if there is a clinical concern.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n<details class=\"ndk-help__faq\"><summary>What clothing and boundaries are required?<\/summary><div class=\"ndk-help__answer\"><p>Underwear must remain on throughout the session. The service is strictly professional: sexual requests, harassment and unsafe conduct are not allowed.
