We chose a name that expresses what we seek to provoke: a pause that returns warmth, energy and clarity to everyday life. For us, well-being should not depend on another transfer or an impersonal experience.<\/p>\n

We started in Mexico City in 2018. Over time, the experience accumulated in thousands of sessions allowed us to extend the service to Monterrey and Quer\u00e9taro, adapting the coordination to the reality of each city.<\/p>\n
