We do our best to get a therapist to you as soon as possible. The average waiting time can vary between 40 minutes and two hours, that is, an average of 90 minutes of waiting time for Mexico City, Querétaro and Monterrey.

In the requests for massage with a “as soon as possible” schedule we need to sound out the availability of therapists in your city and area to receive their proposals for arrival at your home.
It is important that you consider that therapists are scheduled with both specific times and requests “as soon as possible” so we cannot know their arrival time until you have formalized your complete request.
Once we send your data to the team of therapists, they will share with us their best arrival time, either leaving the service they are ending, or moving as soon as possible to where you are if they are in another area.
Our commitment to you is to have a therapist see you in 90 minutes or less after you have completed your application.
To do this, we manage the therapists’ schedules in the most efficient way possible and our logistics team is in charge of coordinating them so that your massage does not have delays.
If you request a service “as soon as possible” we will also appreciate your agility to respond since we may be processing several requests at the same time so, if you do not answer, we will not be able to respect the schedule offered by the therapist to attend you.
The best home massages in Mexico are in high demand, but we will do our best to serve you in the shortest possible time.
We accpet all payment methods, including cash, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Paypal. Choose your payment method before ending your booking so that we cab bring enough change or the card machine if necessary.
By now there are only female therapists available. Very few patients in the year ask for male therapists, so it’s difficult to retain male masseurs’ on-demand availabilty. We hope this may change in the future.
Currently, we are the best option for women’s massages at home due to our safety standards and our zero tolerance for situations that may put our clients or therapists at risk.
Our home massage spa services are available at the vast majority of hotels in Querétaro, Monterrey and Mexico City.
However, it is important that you check with your hotel if they will allow access to the masseuse with her massage table as hotel policies can change without notice and we cannot be held responsible for them.
Marriott, Camino Real, Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton hotels, among others, do not usually have any inconveniences of any kind.

We do not offer service under any circumstances in hotels that do not allow our therapists to use their massage tables, as it puts their physical and orthopedic integrity at risk.

Our service is mainly offered in Mexico City, however, we can evaluate the possibility of serving you in the State of Mexico depending on the distance and time that the therapist has to travel to your location. In case of leaving the shelter zone, an additional per diem will be charged (foreign rate9 of $300 MXN.
Remember that the foreign rate can also be combined with the night rate.
To date, Ciudad Satélite and subsequent locations pay foreign rates.
To make a reservation, it is sufficient to share with us your name, address, desired duration of the massage, and method of payment.
We are the only mobile massage platform that offers you personalized service from the start, without the need to create a username or password. We want you to be able to enjoy your massage as soon as possible and without worries.
Remember that you must have the necessary space for the therapist to install the massage table in your room. You cannot take your massage over a bed destined for sleeping. Our therapists will only use their massage tables.

By doing it that way, you risk that the therapist will not carry the necessary material for the massage you want (e.g. massage stones and how to heat them).
When you don’t specify the type of massage you want, we generate an order for a relaxing service.
Try to choose in advance so that you are always attended by a therapist certified in the desired technique and carry the necessary material with you.
You can. We accept cash payments at the end of your therapy. Remember that if you decide to pay in Euros or Dollars, the rate will be quoted based on the retail price of that currency, the value published online is only valid for wholesale transactions and we cannot respect it for cash payments.
Consider that the therapist will need to spend time to sell the received currency and exchange it for Mexican pesos.

As the #1 platform for immediate service in Mexico City, we are unable to offer the selection of specific therapists to new clients.
You will be assigned the therapist who meets the certifications to offer your desired massage, available in your area in the shortest time possible, and her name will be provided to you. It will be identified with it when it arrives at your home.
If you enjoyed the massage, you can request to be attended by the same therapist in the future, or you can request to be attended by someone else.
All our therapists have been carefully selected to ensure that they are certified as massage therapists and/or physiotherapists and that they offer high-quality service.
In accordance with the Olimpia Law, we invite you not to request photographs of women by digital means when hiring professional services.
Help us prevent discrimination and violence against women. We will only assign certified massage therapists in the technique you requested for your service, and if you like her, you can request her again in the future, or choose another therapist.
