How soon can a therapist arrive?
In Mexico City, we aim to coordinate same-day services and, for immediate requests, an arrival time of approximately 90 minutes. Actual timing depends on your location, traffic, the requested technique and therapist availability. In Querétaro and Monterrey, booking farther in advance is recommended.
What does a mobile massage include?
The therapist brings a professional massage table, massage supplies and the basic materials needed for the session. You must provide a clean, private space with enough room to set up the table and move around it safely.
Can I receive a massage at a hotel?
Yes, as long as the hotel allows outside service providers and permits the therapist to enter with a massage table. We recommend confirming the property’s policies before booking.
How do you select therapists?
We review training, experience, references, professional presentation and service skills. We also communicate protocols for punctuality, privacy, professional conduct and safety during mobile appointments.
Can I request a male or female therapist?
You may state a preference, but assignment depends on availability in your area and at your requested time. For first-time bookings, NDIKANDIÍ may assign the available professional who meets the requirements for the requested service.
What massage techniques do you offer?
Our menu includes relaxing, therapeutic and specialized techniques, such as Swedish, holistic, relaxing, deep tissue, sports, manual lymphatic drainage and prenatal massage. Some techniques are not available in every city.
What payment methods do you accept?
Depending on the booking, you may pay in cash, by card or through available online payment options. The available method is confirmed before the service.
Does massage replace medical care?
No. Wellness massage does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have an injury, medical condition, high-risk pregnancy, recent surgery, fever, infection or significant symptoms, consult a healthcare professional first and let us know before booking.
