Share the tower, apartment, visitor entrance and reception requirements. If your building requires a QR code, coordinate it through our official WhatsApp before arrival.

Make room for rest

Allow room for the massage table and for your therapist to move around it. A couples massage needs space for two tables. We bring the equipment and supplies.

General rate per person. All charges are in Mexican pesos (MXN). For a couples massage, two therapists attend two people at the same time. For groups, the total depends on the number of people and the service setup. Not every technique or duration is available in every city or time slot. See terms and conditions.

If you already know your therapist, book ahead

Loved your last session? Book ahead for more options to see your therapist again. In your booking or on WhatsApp, include the name and surname shown in your confirmation so we can distinguish therapists with the same name. We will confirm their availability with you.

For as-soon-as-possible requests, the nighttime rate applies when the request is made at 8:00 p.m. or later. For appointments booked in advance, it applies when the service starts at 9:00 p.m. or later. Bringing an appointment forward is subject to availability, and the originally booked price stays the same.

Questions about massage in Santa Fe

How do I arrange QR access in Santa Fe?

Ask reception or building management about access for external providers. Send the instructions or necessary access through NDIKANDIÍ’s official channel; we coordinate arrival without sharing clients’ or therapists’ personal phone numbers.

Can I request a session as soon as possible?

Ask on WhatsApp about a nearby appointment and include your address and preferred time. For more time to plan, we recommend 2–3 hours’ notice and extra time when traffic is heavy.

How can I bring a booked appointment forward?

Book an available appointment at least 2 hours ahead first. Then ask through our official WhatsApp whether your therapist can arrive earlier. This is subject to availability, and the originally booked price stays the same, including the nighttime rate.

Does my request confirm the service?

The booking process creates a request. Service remains subject to NDIKANDIÍ’s team confirming availability, even if an automated message uses the word “confirmed”.

Can I request a couples massage?

Yes. Choose “Couples” and prepare space for two tables. Two therapists are subject to availability. See our couples massage page.

What do I need to prepare?

A clear space for the table and room to work around it, with authorized access. We bring a professional table and supplies. Ask us beforehand if you are unsure about the space.
