What does a massage package include?
It includes 5 or 10 sessions, depending on the program, in the individual or couples format and with the duration and rate selected at purchase.
Do I need to book every date when I purchase?
No. Purchase the package first, then book each session within its validity period, subject to availability.
Can I choose a different technique each time?
Yes, from the available techniques compatible with your format, duration, city and service requirements. See the Massage Menu.
Can I switch from individual to couples or from Day to Night?
No. The format, session length and Day/Night rate are fixed in the package purchased.
Can I share the package?
It may be used by members of the same household while maintaining the purchased configuration and validity period.
How do I redeem my sessions?
After purchase, you will receive an eight-digit code. Select it as your package code when booking from the Massage Menu; Acuity will deduct the minutes used.
Do I need to create an account?
An account is not required to use the code. A client account may make it easier to review appointments and details, but redemption depends on the package code.
Where can I use it?
Within NDIKANDIÍ service areas in Mexico City, Monterrey and Querétaro, subject to local availability.
