Rush hours from 9–10 a.m. and 6–8 p.m. make short-notice visits difficult. Request at least 3 hours ahead, ideally the day before.

Make room for rest
Allow room for the massage table and for your therapist to move around it. A couples massage needs space for two tables. We bring the equipment and supplies.

General rate per person. All charges are in Mexican pesos (MXN). For a couples massage, two therapists attend two people at the same time. For groups, the total depends on the number of people and the service setup. Not every technique or duration is available in every city or time slot. See terms and conditions.

Can I request a massage in a Polanco hotel?
Yes, we welcome requests from hotel guests. First, check that your hotel allows outside service providers and share any access requirements with us. Having served a guest there before does not guarantee that the hotel’s access policy will be the same for every visit.
Do you also serve Nuevo Polanco?
Yes. This page covers Polanco and Nuevo Polanco, around Granada and Plaza Carso. We will check your exact address, building access and availability before confirming your service.
Can I request a massage as soon as possible?
You can ask about availability, but timing depends on travel and our team’s schedule. During rush hours, from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., we recommend requesting at least 3 hours ahead, preferably the day before.
Is my massage confirmed when I finish booking?
Completing the booking process sends a request. Even if the scheduling system or automated message says “confirmed,” your service is still subject to NDIKANDIÍ’s team confirming that we can accommodate you.
Can I request a couples massage in Polanco?

What do I need to have ready at home?
A clear space, permission for your therapist to enter the property, and any directions they need to find you. Our team brings a professional massage table and supplies. If you are unsure whether there is enough room, ask us in advance.
