Can you arrive within 90 minutes?

Yes. You can arrange a massage within 90 minutes in Mexico City through WhatsApp. For Polanco and Santa Fe during rush hours, check the arrival time with our team. If you prefer online booking, choose an appointment at least two hours ahead. Afterwards, you can ask about an earlier time, subject to availability. Your original time stays in place until the change is confirmed, and your booked price stays the same.

Which areas require more advance notice?

We recommend booking further ahead for Santa Fe, Bosques de las Lomas, Polanco at peak times, Interlomas, Tecamachalco, Bosque Real and other locations in the western metro area. For another city, visit our home massage coverage page.

Can I request a massage as soon as possible?

Yes. You can arrange availability and arrival time directly through WhatsApp. Alternatively, book online at least two hours ahead and then ask whether that same appointment can start earlier. Share your booking reference, neighborhood and access details. Your original time remains in place until our team confirms the earlier start; your booked price stays the same.

What are your opening hours in Mexico City?

We are available daily from 9:00 a.m. to midnight, subject to availability. The night surcharge applies to appointments scheduled for 9:00 p.m. or later.

If you ask to bring an existing appointment forward, the price you booked stays the same, even if the appointment moves to a different rate period.

Can I receive a massage at my hotel?

Yes. We serve most hotels in Mexico City, with only a few exceptions. Please confirm in advance that the property allows outside massage providers and entry with a professional massage table.

What does an at-home massage include?

Your therapist brings a professional massage table, massage oil or cream, and essential supplies. You provide a private, clean and ventilated space with enough room to set up and move around the table.

Can I request a male or female therapist?

Yes. Male and female therapists are available in Mexico City. You can share your preference when booking. We will do our best to honor your preference, depending on the technique, location, requested time and therapist availability.

Can I request a specific therapist?

For a first appointment, we match you based on technique, location and availability. After your session, you may request the same therapist for future bookings, subject to their schedule.

Which massage techniques do you offer?

Our Massage Menu includes relaxing massage, Deep Tissue and other specialized techniques in 60-, 90- and 120-minute sessions. If you are comparing options, explore our massage guide; when you are ready, visit the Massage Menu to set up your session.

For a session during pregnancy, explore our prenatal massage at home and read the precautions before booking. Service is subject to coverage and therapist availability.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay in cash, by card or through the digital payment options available when booking. Please confirm your preferred method so we can prepare the appropriate option or share the relevant payment link.

Do you serve offices, companies and events in CDMX?

Yes. We prepare proposals for offices, corporate wellness days and selected events. Pricing depends on the location, session length, number of guests, format and number of therapists. Request a quote on WhatsApp.

Can the session take place on a bed?

No. For posture, safety and hygiene, the massage is performed on the professional massage table brought by your therapist—not on a bed.

Does a massage replace medical care?

No. Wellness massage does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have an injury, recent surgery, fever, infection, high-risk pregnancy or concerning symptoms, please speak with a qualified healthcare professional first and tell us before booking.
