We can review requests in these metropolitan areas of the State of Mexico. Because they are outside or near the edge of our main Mexico City service area, we recommend booking ahead and providing precise access details.

Turn your hotel room into a private wellness space
We serve nearly all Mexico City hotels, from major tourist and business corridors to boutique properties. Your therapist arrives with a professional massage table and the supplies required for the session.
Before booking, ask reception or the concierge whether outside providers are allowed, what the registration procedure is, and whether staff may enter with a massage table. The session must take place on the professional massage table, not on a sleeping bed.

Across much of Mexico City, we can frequently coordinate arrival in approximately 90 minutes or less. Timing depends on the neighborhood, traffic, technique, duration and therapist availability. We provide an estimated arrival time before confirmation.
Which areas require more advance notice?

Can I request a massage “as soon as possible”?
Yes. Send your neighborhood, preferred duration and technique, and type of space through WhatsApp. We will check the first available option and provide the estimated arrival time before confirming the assignment.
What are your Mexico City service hours?
We provide service every day from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight), subject to availability. You can schedule through the Massage Menu or request support through WhatsApp. The night surcharge applies to scheduled services beginning at 9:00 p.m. or later and to “as soon as possible” requests from 8:00 p.m.
Can I receive the massage at a hotel?
Yes. We have experience serving nearly all Mexico City hotels, with very few exceptions. Confirm in advance that the property allows outside providers and entry with a professional massage table.
What does the mobile massage include?
The professional brings a massage table, oils or cream, and essential supplies. You provide a private, clean, ventilated space large enough to install the table and work safely around it.
Can I request a male or female therapist?
Yes. Male and female therapists are available in Mexico City. You may share your preference when booking; accommodating it depends on the technique, location, time and availability.
Can I choose a specific therapist?
For a first booking, the therapist is assigned according to the technique, location and availability. After receiving a session, you may request the same professional for future appointments, subject to their schedule.
What types of massage do you offer?

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with cash, card or the digital options available during booking. Confirm your chosen method so the team can bring what is needed or send the appropriate payment link.
Do you serve offices, companies and events in Mexico City?
Yes. We coordinate proposals for offices, corporate wellness days and selected events. Quotes depend on the location, duration, number of participants, format and number of therapists. Request a quote through WhatsApp.
Can the session take place on a bed?
No. For proper posture, safety and hygiene, the massage must take place on the professional table brought by the therapist, not on a sleeping bed.
Does massage replace medical care?
No. Wellness massage does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have an injury, recent surgery, fever, infection, high-risk pregnancy or significant symptoms, consult a healthcare professional first and tell us before booking.
