Which areas require more advance notice?
We recommend booking further ahead for Santa Fe, Bosques de las Lomas, Polanco at peak times, Interlomas, Tecamachalco, Bosque Real and other locations in the western metro area. For another city, visit our home massage coverage page.
Can I request a massage as soon as possible?
Yes. Send us your neighborhood, preferred duration, technique and the type of space on WhatsApp. We will review the earliest available option and share the estimated arrival time before confirming the assignment.
What are your opening hours in Mexico City?
We are available daily from 9:00 a.m. to midnight, subject to availability. The night surcharge applies to appointments scheduled for 9:00 p.m. or later, and to as-soon-as-possible requests from 8:00 p.m.
Can I receive a massage at my hotel?
Yes. We serve most hotels in Mexico City, with only a few exceptions. Please confirm in advance that the property allows outside massage providers and entry with a professional massage table.
What does an at-home massage include?
Your therapist brings a professional massage table, massage oil or cream, and essential supplies. You provide a private, clean and ventilated space with enough room to set up and move around the table.
Can I request a male or female therapist?
Yes. Male and female therapists are available in Mexico City. You can share your preference when booking. We will do our best to honor your preference, depending on the technique, location, requested time and therapist availability.
Can I request a specific therapist?
For a first appointment, we match you based on technique, location and availability. After your session, you may request the same therapist for future bookings, subject to their schedule.
Which massage techniques do you offer?

Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay in cash, by card or through the digital payment options available when booking. Please confirm your preferred method so we can prepare the appropriate option or share the relevant payment link.
Do you serve offices, companies and events in CDMX?
Yes. We prepare proposals for offices, corporate wellness days and selected events. Pricing depends on the location, session length, number of guests, format and number of therapists. Request a quote on WhatsApp.
Can the session take place on a bed?
No. For posture, safety and hygiene, the massage is performed on the professional massage table brought by your therapist—not on a bed.
Does a massage replace medical care?
No. Wellness massage does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have an injury, recent surgery, fever, infection, high-risk pregnancy or concerning symptoms, please speak with a qualified healthcare professional first and tell us before booking.
