Can you accommodate a same-day request?
We can review same-day requests, although availability is more limited. Share with us the area, technique, duration and schedule to consult the existing options; For better planning, book from the day before.
What are the opening hours in Querétaro?
We are open every day, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. m. to 12:00 a.m. m. (midnight), subject to availability. For the afternoons we recommend booking the day before.

Yes, as long as the hotel allows access to external providers and the therapist can enter with her stretcher. Confirm in advance with reception or concierge and make sure you have enough space inside the room.
What does the massage at home include?
The therapist brings a professional stretcher, oils or cream and basic material for the session. You need to provide a private, clean and sufficiently large space. We do not perform massages on sleeping beds.
Are all the techniques on the menu available in Querétaro?
Availability depends on the training of the therapist and the necessary materials. Currently we do not offer Ayurveda massage, hot stone massage or Mayan rebozo massage in Querétaro. Review the letter and write to us to confirm the chosen technique.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay in cash, by card or through the digital options available when booking. Please indicate your payment method during the coordination to prepare the corresponding terminal or link.
Can I choose a specific therapist?
New clients receive an assignment based on technique, area, schedule, and availability. After you have received a session, you can request the same therapist again for a future booking, subject to her schedule.
Do you serve offices, companies or events in Querétaro?
