Such as the complete service address, access instructions, hotel or building information, city, requested date and time, massage format, duration and preferences necessary to coordinate the appointment.
Payment and transaction information
Information related to the selected payment method and transaction status. Card processing is handled through the payment platforms you choose during checkout or booking; NDIKANDIÍ does not request card information by WhatsApp.
Health-related information shared voluntarily
You may voluntarily share relevant information such as pregnancy, allergies, injuries, sensitivity or physical limitations so we can assess whether a wellness massage service is appropriate and coordinate it responsibly. Please share only what is necessary for that purpose.

Our booking flow may use Acuity Scheduling to collect appointment information and manage availability.
Stripe and Clip
Depending on the payment method available for your reservation, payments may be processed through Stripe, Clip or another enabled payment provider. Review the privacy terms of the selected platform before completing a transaction.
Access, rectification, cancellation and opposition
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, request cancellation when legally applicable, or object to specific processing. To submit a request, email contacto@ndikandii.com with your full name, a way to verify your identity, the right you wish to exercise and a clear description of the request.
