Terms and conditions
These terms explain how to book, pay for, cancel or change a NDIKANDIÍ massage and what is required to provide safe service in Mexico City, Monterrey and Querétaro.
Acceptance and nature of the service
By confirming a booking with NDIKANDIÍ, the person making the booking confirms that they have read and accepted these terms. NDIKANDIÍ coordinates professional mobile wellness massage services; it does not provide medical diagnosis or replace clinical physiotherapy, psychological care or medical treatment.
A booking is confirmed when our team communicates the date, time, full address, duration, format, price, payment method and, when applicable, therapist assignment in writing. Sending a request does not by itself create a confirmed booking.
Operations vary by city
Coverage, lead times and team composition depend on the city, area, time and available schedule. Local pages contain the most current commercial information.
Mexico City
This is our widest operation. Same-day availability and approximate arrivals within 90 minutes or less are frequently possible in much of the city, but are not guaranteed. Polanco, Santa Fe, Bosques, Interlomas, Tecamachalco, Bosque Real and other high-demand or western areas require more notice.

We recommend booking 2 to 3 hours ahead; booking the day before makes it easier to confirm the preferred time. We serve San Pedro, downtown, Apodaca, the airport area and other locations subject to coverage.

We recommend booking the day before, especially for afternoon sessions. Local service focuses on Zibatá, Juriquilla, El Refugio, El Campanario, El Pueblito and nearby areas. The current local team consists of female therapists.

Our customer-service team receives and processes requests every day from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight). A massage may be scheduled outside those hours when it is requested sufficiently in advance and availability is confirmed.
These services must be prepaid. Any cancellation or change must be requested during customer-service hours and must also meet the 2-hour minimum notice. After midnight, no changes can be processed for overnight or early-morning appointments; the full amount remains due.
Night appointments must be booked in advance. Sessions scheduled to begin at 9:00 p.m. or later carry the current per-person night fee, disclosed before confirmation.
Complete information for coordination
To review coverage and confirm a session, we need: contact name and phone number; full address including street, exterior and interior number when applicable, neighborhood, borough or municipality and postal code; access details; date and time; duration; technique; single or couples format; therapist preference when applicable; payment method; and any health information relevant to the safety of the session.
Incomplete details, delayed replies or address changes may alter availability and estimated arrival. At hotels, gated communities and offices, the client must arrange access authorization in advance.
Rates, night service and extensions
Current prices appear in the Massage Menu and are confirmed before assignment. A couples session means two people are treated simultaneously by two therapists unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing.

Massage-table setup, preparation, hygiene and removal time are not deducted from the massage duration. If access, space or client preparation delays the start, the session may still end at the originally confirmed time to respect the therapist’s schedule.
Payment and verification
Available methods may include cash, card and electronic payment links. The method is confirmed before the service. NDIKANDIÍ may request a deposit or full payment for appointments outside customer-service hours, couples, groups, special locations, clients with an outstanding balance or bookings requiring exceptional coordination.
Electronic payments must be made only through links, terminals or accounts communicated through official channels. Gratuities are voluntary and are not included in the price.
Cancellation and change rules

If the charge remains unpaid, it will be recorded as an outstanding balance and no new service can be confirmed until it is paid. Refusing entry, failing to respond, providing an incorrect address, preventing access or lacking a suitable space is treated as a no-show once the professional has been mobilized.
If NDIKANDIÍ cancels a confirmed, prepaid session, it will offer a refund or rescheduling. Refund processing times depend on the bank or payment method.
Homes, hotels and the professional massage table
The client must provide a clean, private, ventilated space with enough room to set up the table and work around it. Massages are performed on the therapist’s professional massage table, not on sleeping beds, sofas or surfaces that compromise ergonomics and safety.
At hotels, residential developments, gated communities and offices, the client must confirm before booking that outside providers carrying a massage table are allowed and must learn the registration procedure. NDIKANDIÍ does not control third-party policies and does not represent itself as a commercial partner of hotels or developments.
Conduct, safety and the right to end a session
The service is strictly professional and wellness-oriented. It does not include sexual activity, full nudity, suggestions, inappropriate contact, substance use during the session, or aggressive, discriminatory or intimidating conduct.
The therapist may refuse or end the session without a refund when there is risk, harassment, intoxication, unsanitary conditions, undisclosed people at the location, uncontrolled pets or any breach of these rules. Clients may not hire the therapist directly to avoid the coordination, safety and conditions agreed with NDIKANDIÍ.
Information required for responsible service
Clients must disclose pregnancy, recent surgery, injuries, allergies, cardiovascular conditions, fever, active infection, wounds, thrombosis, severe undiagnosed pain or any condition that may alter or contraindicate massage. Medical clearance is required when there is a clinical concern.
Pressure and technique are adapted to the wellbeing goal and the therapist’s professional judgment. No specific medical, aesthetic or therapeutic outcome is guaranteed.
Privacy and communications
We use contact, booking, address and payment information to coordinate the service, provide follow-up, meet administrative obligations and protect clients and therapists. Read our Privacy Policy for information about data processing and contact channels.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect operational, legal, coverage or payment-method changes. The version published when a booking is confirmed will apply to that service.
