Before you choose a time
How do I request a mobile massage?
Choose your city, technique, duration and session format through online booking, or ask for help on WhatsApp. Share your name, phone number, full address and access details so we can review your request.
Does my request automatically confirm the service?
No. Your request is subject to availability confirmation by NDIKANDIÍ. Our team must send the service details and confirmation in writing. An automated booking record or notification does not replace that operational confirmation.
What does “as soon as possible” mean?
We look for an arrival time based on your location, requested technique and therapist availability. In Mexico City, arrivals of approximately 90 minutes may be possible depending on the area and traffic; this is not guaranteed. Please stay available to respond so we can confirm an offered time.
How far ahead should I book?
For Monterrey, we recommend 6 hours’ notice. For Querétaro, we recommend 2 hours and preferably the previous day for afternoon appointments. In Mexico City, allow more notice for high-demand areas or longer journeys. These are coordination recommendations, not mandatory booking deadlines or guaranteed arrival times.

Mexico City, Monterrey and Querétaro. We check coverage and scheduling using your full address; availability varies by location.
Can I choose a male or female therapist?
Male therapists are available only in Mexico City, subject to availability. Services in Monterrey and Querétaro are provided by female therapists. We review your preference when you request the service.
Do you offer Shiatsu and Hawaiian massage in Querétaro?
Yes, subject to therapist availability in your area. You can request either technique; we will check whether we can provide it before confirming. When requesting these services, please be aware that a therapist may not be available in your area. We will check, but a request does not guarantee the service.
Can I request the same therapist again?
Yes. Provide their name when requesting an appointment. Assignment depends on their schedule and your location and requested time; it is not guaranteed.
Make room to unwind
What does the therapist bring?
A professional massage table, clean linens and the supplies required for your confirmed technique. If you need to pay using a card terminal, mention this when booking so we can arrange it.
What should I prepare at home or at my hotel?
A clean, private, ventilated area with enough room for the massage table and for the therapist to move around it. Let us know about stairs and access requirements. For hotels or gated communities, confirm in advance that the therapist can enter with their equipment.
Can I have the massage on a bed?
The service takes place on the therapist’s professional massage table. Sleeping beds, sofas and other surfaces do not provide the same ergonomic and safety conditions.
How long is the massage, and can I extend it?
Sessions may last 60, 90 or 120 minutes, depending on the technique and confirmed option. Setup and removal of the table are not deducted from your massage time. Extensions depend on availability, therapist consent and payment of the difference; check the full terms before requesting one.
How does a couples massage work?
Two people receive their massages at the same time with two therapists, unless another arrangement is agreed in writing. You need enough space for two tables, and availability must be confirmed for both people.
Know the total before confirming
How much does it cost, and when does the night rate apply?
Check current prices by duration, session format and time in the Massage Menu. Sessions scheduled to begin at 9:00 p.m. or later carry a per-person night fee. We state the total before confirming.
Can I pay after my massage, and why is a card required?
Online booking lets you choose to pay after your session and provide a card as a guarantee. You pay using the agreed method after the service. Deposits or full prepayment may apply to out-of-hours appointments, groups or special arrangements, as explained before confirmation. A card guarantee does not waive cancellation or no-show fees.
What if I see a pending authorization but my booking did not go through?
Please do not retry several times. Contact us on WhatsApp so we can check your request. A bank authorization or payment attempt does not by itself confirm that your service has been arranged.
What if I need to cancel?
At least 2 hours before your appointment: cancellation or rescheduling is free during customer-service hours, except where the special out-of-hours rule applies.
Less than 2 hours before your appointment: a cancellation fee of MXN $600 applies to each massage booked.
If you immediately book another time: the fee is reduced to MXN $300 for each massage booked. This reduction applies before the therapist arrives.
If the therapist has already arrived: not receiving the therapist or cancelling while they are at your location is a no-show. The full service price is due; the MXN $600 fee and the MXN $300 reduction no longer apply.

A professional experience
What health information should I share?
Tell us when booking about any condition relevant to the safety of your session, and discuss it with your therapist. Massage is a wellbeing service and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. Medical clearance is required if there is a clinical concern.
What clothing and boundaries are required?
Underwear must remain on throughout the session. The service is strictly professional: sexual requests, harassment and unsafe conduct are not allowed. The therapist may end the session in the circumstances described in the Terms and Conditions.
