Although Bosque Real is outside Mexico City’s administrative boundary, it is within our metropolitan service area. Arranging the correct entrance and vehicle authorization beforehand helps your therapist reach your home.

Arrange access ahead of time

Confirm whether your therapist must use the visitor or service-provider entrance. If a QR code or pass is required, generate it and send it well before your session. If you cannot generate one, arrange authorization with security beforehand and let us know; do not wait until your therapist reaches the gate. Also confirm access for the personal vehicle or ride-hailing vehicle they arrive in, so they can reach your home with the massage table and supplies.

Entry is subject to each property’s rules. Arrange permission before your session so your therapist can enter with the table and supplies.

General rate per person. All charges are in Mexican pesos (MXN). For a couples massage, two therapists attend two people at the same time. For groups, the total depends on the number of people and the service setup. Not every technique or duration is available in every city or time slot. See terms and conditions.

If you already know your therapist, book ahead

Loved your last session? Book ahead for more options to see your therapist again. In your booking or on WhatsApp, include the name and surname shown in your confirmation so we can distinguish therapists with the same name. We will confirm their availability with you.

For as-soon-as-possible requests, the nighttime rate applies when the request is made at 8:00 p.m. or later. For appointments booked in advance, it applies when the service starts at 9:00 p.m. or later. Bringing an appointment forward is subject to availability, and the originally booked price stays the same.

If your schedule is tight, book an available appointment at least two hours ahead. Once your booking is confirmed, you can ask whether we have availability to see you earlier in Mexico City.

1. Book through the online calendar. Complete your booking and register a card as a booking guarantee. You can book without paying in advance.
2. Ask about an earlier start. Use the WhatsApp link in your confirmation and share your booking reference. We will check therapist availability, your location and travel time.

Your original appointment time and price stay the same until our team confirms an earlier start. Sending a request does not guarantee an earlier arrival.

Do you serve Bosque Real even though it is outside Mexico City?

Yes. Bosque Real, in Huixquilucan, is part of our greater Mexico City coverage. Availability varies with time, traffic and available therapists; we cannot always offer the same near-term options as in other areas.

How far ahead should I book?

Yes. First book through the online calendar at least 2 hours ahead. Then ask on WhatsApp whether we can start earlier, subject to availability. Your original time stays in place until we confirm the change, and your booked price stays the same, including the nighttime rate.

What if I cannot generate a QR code?

Let us know before the session and arrange valid authorization for your therapist with security. Confirm which gate to use and how access with the equipment will be permitted. Missing authorization may delay arrival at your home.

Does my request confirm the service?

Service is subject to our team confirming availability for your address and time, even if an automated message uses the word “confirmed”.

Can I book a couples massage?

Yes. Select “Couples” in the configurator and prepare space for two massage tables. Two therapists are subject to availability.
