Manual lymphatic drainage massage at home

Specialized manual therapy

Manual Lymphatic Drainage at Home

A gentle, rhythmic, deeply relaxing session designed to help reduce the feeling of swelling, heaviness and fluid retention without leaving home.

Gentle rhythm, deep effect

What is Manual Lymphatic Drainage?

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle massage technique that uses slow, precise and repetitive movements to support the natural flow of lymph.

Unlike a deep tissue or sports massage, it does not knead the muscle or apply deep pressure. Its purpose is to support the body through a process of release, lightness and recovery, especially when there is a feeling of swelling, heaviness or fluid buildup.

If you are recovering after surgery, consult your doctor before booking.
If you have drains, open wounds, fever, signs of infection or a relevant medical condition, we cannot provide the service. MLD and drain cleaning are not the same therapy and are not interchangeable.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Does lymphatic drainage hurt?

No. Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a superficial and very gentle technique. It should not cause pain or leave bruises. Its slow rhythm usually feels relaxing and even soothing.

How many sessions do I need?

It depends on your goal. For general wellness, many people book it occasionally or as maintenance. For post-operative recovery, significant edema or clinical indications, the frequency should be defined with your doctor or treating specialist.

Does it help with weight loss?

It is not a fat-loss treatment. It may help you feel less swollen or lighter when there is fluid retention, but it does not replace nutrition, exercise or medical treatment.

Can I receive it after surgery?

It can be an option, but only when your doctor authorizes it. For at-home service, it is not performed over open wounds, drains, active bleeding, fever or signs of infection.
