We do our best to get a therapist to you as soon as possible. The average waiting time may vary between 40 minutes and two hours, meaning an average waiting time of 90 minutes for Mexico City and the Metropolitan Area. Our therapists offer you greater immediacy than any other massage platform.

In requests for massage with a “as soon as possible” schedule we need to sound out the availability of massage therapists in your area and receive their proposals for arrival at your home.

It is important that you consider that massage therapists are scheduled both with specific times and with requests “as soon as possible” so we cannot know their arrival time until you have formalized your request.

Once we send your information to the team of massage therapists, they will share with us the best time in which they can arrive at your home.

Our commitment to you is to have a therapist see you in 90 minutes or less after you have completed your application. To do this, we manage the therapists’ schedules in the most efficient way possible and our logistics team is in charge of coordinating them so that your massage does not have delays.

If you request a service “as soon as possible” we will also appreciate your agility to respond since we process several requests at the same time so, if you do not answer, we will not be able to respect the schedule offered by the therapist to attend you.

We accept all credit and debit cards (including American Express) via Bank Terminal, Clip and PayPal. Choose your payment method before ending your booking so that we cab bring enough change or the card machine if necessary.

At the moment, we only have male therapists in Mexico City, because the demand for male massage therapists is extremely low in Mexico. Only 1 in every 200 clients specifically requires a male therapist, without negotiation.

We can assist you in any hotel in Polanco, Santa Fe, Zona Aeropuerto and similar. Check with your hotel who allow access to our therapist and who will not charge additional fees.

We do not offer service under any circumstances in hotels that do not allow our therapists to use their massage tables, as it puts their physical and orthopedic integrity at risk.

Our service is mainly offered in Mexico City, however, we can evaluate the possibility of serving you in the State of Mexico depending on the distance and time that the therapist has to travel to your location. In case of leaving the shelter zone, an additional per diem will be charged (foreign rate9 of $300 MXN.

Remember that the foreign rate can also be combined with the night rate.
To date, Ciudad Satélite and subsequent locations pay foreign rates.

To make a reservation, it is sufficient to share with us your name, address, desired duration of the massage, and method of payment.

Remember that you must have the necessary space for the therapist to install the massage table in your room. You cannot take your massage over a bed destined for sleeping. Our therapists will only use their massage tables.

It is not recommended that since doing it that way, the masseuse may not carry the necessary material for the massage you want (for example, massage stones and how to heat them).

When you don’t specify the type of massage you want, we generate an order for a relaxing service.

Try to choose in advance so that you are always attended by a certified therapist in the desired technique and they can bring the necessary materials with them.

You can. We accept cash payments at the end of your therapy. Remember that if you decide to pay in Euros or Dollars, the rate will be quoted based on the retail price of that currency, the value published online is only valid for wholesale transactions and we cannot respect it for cash payments.

Consider that the therapist will need to spend time to sell the received currency and exchange it for Mexican pesos.

No. Being the #1 platform in immediacy in Mexico City, it is impossible for us to offer selection of therapists since our masseurs are constantly moving around the City and are free to accept or reject any request.

You will be assigned the therapist who meets the certifications to offer your massage, available in your area at the requested time and you will be provided with their name and arrival time (in case your massage is “As soon as possible”). The therapist will carry his/her official identification to enter the home.

Under no circumstances can we share photographs or copies of official IDs with you as they carry personal and sensitive information of each therapist. However, the therapists will show it to the security personnel of the place where the massage will be given.

If the massage was to your liking, you can request that the same therapist see you again later, or you can request to be seen by someone else.
